REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellation and refund requests must be made 14 days before the start of the event. 
  • Refund requests submitted at least 14 days prior to the event will be honored, less a £15 administrative fee. This deduction covers non-refundable transaction, platform, and processing costs as well as the court hire costs we pay for in advance.

2. Event Cancellations by PIQLBALL Events

  • PIQLBALL EVENTS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or amend an event at any time.
  • If we cancel an event, participants will receive a FULL REFUND of the ticket price.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
  • PIQLBALL EVENTS is not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred (such as travel or accommodation).
  • In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, venue closure, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, entry fees may be refunded in full or in part at the organiser’s discretion.

3. Event Amendments

  • In the event of significant changes to the event (such as venue change or date change), we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • If you are unable to attend due to such changes, you may be entitled to a full refund.
