REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Participant Cancellations
All ticket purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend an event after booking.
We do allow a ticket to be transferred to another participant. Please contact us at info@piqlball.com at least 7 days before the event to request a transfer.
2. Event Cancellations by PIQLBALL Events
PIQLBALL Events reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend an event at any time.
If we cancel an event, all participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
PIQLBALL Events is not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred (such as travel or accommodation).
3. Event Amendments
In the event of significant changes to the event (such as venue change or date change), we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend due to such changes, you may be entitled to a full refund.
