As part of DINK or TREAT – The Halloween Edition, our Flex Basecamp category is designed specifically for newer and developing players at 2.0–2.5 level who want to experience the fun of a tournament without feeling like they need to be seasoned competitors.

And because it’s Flex, your partnership can be any gender combination — two women, two men or mixed. Find your partner and come play!

Our format is designed to keep everyone playing throughout the session. Your tournament doesn’t simply end if you don’t make the final — placement matches mean there’s still plenty to play for.

🏕️ What is Flex Basecamp?

Basecamp is where your tournament journey begins.

This category is aimed at 2.0–2.5 players who are relatively new to competitive pickleball. You might be playing in your first ever tournament, have only played a handful of competitions, or simply want to build your confidence before stepping up to Foundations.

You don’t need to worry about finding a particular gender partner either. Flex Basecamp allows:

👨 + 👨 Men’s pair
👩 + 👨 Mixed pair

The emphasis is on competitive but accessible pickleball, giving you the chance to experience tournament play, meet other players and enjoy plenty of matches against people around your level.
