EVENT PARTICIPANT CODE OF CONDUCT

PIQLBALL Events is proud to prioritise a positive environment for all participants at al events, as such we have adopted Pickleball England’s Code of Conduct, plus thrown a few more in of our own.

Our Commitment to Fair Play:
  • To ensure a high standard of competition and respect, all participants are required to adhere to the Pickleball England Code of Conduct. This includes:
  • Treating all players, officials, and spectators with kindness and courtesy.
  • Demonstrating good sportsmanship, win or lose.
  • Respecting the authority and final decisions of Tournament Directors and Referees.
  • Maintaining a safe environment (e.g., no aggressive paddle throwing or foul language).
Conduct:
  • The event operates a zero-tolerance policy on abusive or offensive conduct.
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour including rude, offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory comments or gestures towards staff, players, volunteers, officials, or other attendees will not be tolerated.
  • Any form of intimidation, aggression, or disruptive behaviour will be treated seriously and may result in removal from the venue without refund.
  • Players and attendees who experience or witness any inappropriate behaviour are strongly encouraged to speak to a member of event staff immediately.
  • Any player or attendee found to be engaging in such behaviour will be subject to disciplinary action, including removal from the event and potential suspension from future events.

PIQLBALL Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed to be in breach of these terms, at their sole discretion.
