REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Participant Cancellations

  • All ticket purchases are final.

  • We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend an event after booking.

  • We do allow a ticket to be transferred to another participant. Please contact us at info@piqlball.com at least 7 days before the event to request a transfer.

2. Event Cancellations by PIQLBALL Events

  • PIQLBALL Events reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend an event at any time.

  • If we cancel an event, all participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.

  • PIQLBALL Events is not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred (such as travel or accommodation).

3. Event Amendments

  • In the event of significant changes to the event (such as venue change or date change), we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • If you are unable to attend due to such changes, you may be entitled to a full refund.
