These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants attending a PIQLBALL JAM Pickleball Festival. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to the following:

1. Tickets & Payment

• Tickets are £35 per person and must be purchased in advance through our official website.

• All payments are non-refundable except where outlined under Section 3 (Cancellations & Refunds).

• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from PIQLBALL Events.

2. Eligibility & Participation

• The event is open to players aged 16+. Players under 16 may attend only with prior approval and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• All participants are expected to play in the spirit of fair competition, inclusivity, and respect.

• PIQLBALL Events reserves the right to remove any participant for unsportsmanlike behaviour, unsafe conduct, or breach of these terms.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you can no longer attend, refunds are not automatically issued. However, you may request a ticket transfer subject to availability.

• If PIQLBALL Events is required to cancel the festival due any reason, a full refund will be offered.

• PIQLBALL Events is not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

4. Health & Safety

• Players take part at their own risk. Pickleball, like all sports, carries an element of risk of injury.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play.

• Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times.

• First aid will be available on-site. Any accidents or injuries must be reported immediately to event staff.

5. Equipment

• Paddles and balls will be provided if needed, but participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment.

• Players are responsible for the safe use and care of any loaned equipment.

6. Photography & Media

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and footage may be used by PIQLBALL Events for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials).

• If you do not wish to be included in photos/videos, please inform the registration desk on arrival.

7. Personal Belongings

• PIQLBALL Events and the Venues we operate out of, accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

8. Event Format

• Festival play will be organised through a level-based magnet board system to ensure fair and enjoyable matches.

• The format and schedule may be adjusted on the day to ensure smooth running of the event.

• PIQLBALL Events reserves the right to amend or modify the structure if required.

9. Code of Conduct

• Respect for fellow players, staff, and volunteers is expected at all times.

• Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
